Terms of sale

These Sales Terms govern consumer purchases made through squarebpv.com.

1. Seller

The seller is SQUARE, a French Société par actions simplifiée (SAS), identified in the Company Information section below.

2. Products

squarebpv.com sells physical drinkware, glassware, thermal carafes, beverage containers and related bar accessories to ordinary consumers.

The main characteristics, price and available information for each product are displayed on its product page. Product photographs are illustrative; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings or normal manufacturing variation.

3. Prices, Currency, VAT and Invoices

All prices are displayed and charged in euros (€).

Prices include applicable French VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. SQUARE provides an invoice for customer orders.

Standard delivery is free for eligible orders delivered within Metropolitan France.

4. Placing an Order

An order is submitted when the customer completes checkout and receives an order confirmation.

Before submitting an order, customers should check the selected products, quantities, price and delivery address.

SQUARE may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, failed payment, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or a delivery address outside the permitted shipping area. If a paid order is cancelled by SQUARE, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be fulfilled.

The payment methods available at checkout include Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed through secure payment services available during checkout. SQUARE does not store complete card details on its own systems.

6. Delivery

SQUARE ships only to eligible Metropolitan France addresses. Orders normally require 1–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

Tracking is provided for dispatched orders. Full delivery-area rules and exclusions are stated in the Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Consumers may request a return within 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

SQUARE covers reasonable standard return shipping costs for eligible returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and initiated within 3 business days after returned goods or acceptable proof of dispatch are received, where applicable.

Exchanges are accepted subject to replacement stock being available.
