Shipping
Do you ship outside of France? No. We currently only ship within France.
How long does delivery take? Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
How much is shipping? Standard shipping costs €7.99. Shipping is free on orders over €65.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).
How long does it take to receive a refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item? Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. Customized products and certain special items are not eligible for return.
