Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to consumer purchases made through squarebpv.com and is operated by SQUARE.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive your order.

For orders delivered in several parcels, the return period starts on the day the final item is received.

To request a return, email us at support@squarebpv.com and include:

Your order number
The item or items you wish to return
The email address used to place the order

You do not need to provide a reason for an eligible change-of-mind return.

After we confirm the return method, please send the goods back within 14 calendar days, unless we arrange collection or confirm a different method.

2. Return Shipping Costs

SQUARE covers reasonable standard return shipping costs for eligible returns made within this policy period.

Please contact us before returning an item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions or return method. Do not use an unusually expensive shipping method without our prior confirmation.

No restocking fee or return administration fee is charged.

3. Return Address

Please do not send a return before contacting us, as we may need to provide specific return instructions.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Please return goods with their supplied parts and accessories and package them securely.

You may inspect and handle an item as you reasonably would in a physical shop. Original packaging is helpful but is not a compulsory condition for exercising applicable consumer rights.

Where permitted by law, a reduction may apply only if an item has lost value because it was handled beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If this applies, we will explain the assessment to you.

No product in our current standard physical product range is excluded from this policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.

We initiate an eligible refund within 3 business days after we receive the returned goods or receive acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, where applicable.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after it has been processed.

Where required by applicable law, the original standard delivery charge will also be reimbursed. As standard delivery is free for eligible orders, no shipping charge is normally added to the refund calculation.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges, subject to replacement stock being available.

To request an exchange, contact support@squarebpv.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Standard return transport is covered by SQUARE, and replacement delivery to an eligible address in Metropolitan France is free.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

7. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, faulty or non-conforming.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue and photographs where reasonably available. Photographs can help us assess the issue, but they are not a blanket condition of your consumer rights.

SQUARE bears the necessary cost of the applicable remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include replacement, repair, a price reduction or reimbursement.

8. Cancelling an Order

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@squarebpv.com.

We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled or changed. If it has already been dispatched, the return options in this policy remain available.

9. Statutory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law, including statutory withdrawal rights and legal guarantees of conformity.
