Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items may be returned for any reason within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Customized products and certain special items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, damaged, or defective product).
• In cases of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges We accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
